Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. 

Signature Requirement

To ensure secure delivery and reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• You or an authorized individual must be available to sign for the delivery.

• If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a delivery attempt notice and reschedule.

• Multiple failed delivery attempts may result in the package being returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the courier’s website using this number.

Issues with Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you experience any issues (e.g., damaged items, wrong items), please contact us immediately.
